Specially designed for pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries bottle cap products, set high-speed coding, data collection, correlation detection, unqualified rejection in one, to achieve the accurate coding of bottle cap information and the whole chain traceability, to meet the GMP, FDA, GB7718 and other stringent regulatory requirements.
Multi-technology fusion coding
Coding method: support laser coding (fiber / UV laser, applicable to metal, plastic, aluminum-plastic caps), thermal transfer coding, inkjet coding, can be engraved with the production date, batch number, traceability code, two-dimensional code, LOGO and other information.
Coding accuracy: character height 0.8-3mm adjustable, positioning accuracy ±0.1mm, support for curved surfaces (such as round, shaped caps) 360 ° seamless coding, marking permanent wear-resistant, high temperature / low temperature.

Full Dimensional Data Acquisition
Visual acquisition system:
Equipped with high-speed industrial camera (5-12 million pixels) + multi-angle light source (top light, side light, backlight), to realize the top, side and bottom of the bottle cap coding image capture without dead angle.
Support dynamic acquisition (production line speed 50-100 bottles / minute), equipped with motion blur suppression algorithm to ensure clear images in high-speed movement.
Intelligent correlation detection
Logical comparison:
Content Compliance: detect whether the top and bottom surface coding matches (e.g. the first 6 digits of the lot number on the top surface and the traceability code on the bottom surface need to be the same), and whether it is omitted / wrong (e.g. the date format is wrongly formatted as "2025-05-21" vs "20250522").
Positional compliance: Verify whether the position of the label / code is offset (e.g. the QR code is required to be ≥2mm from the edge of the bottle cap), and whether the characters are fuzzy / mutilated.
Algorithm support: based on deep learning OCR technology, recognition accuracy ≥ 99.9%, support multi-language mixed character (Chinese and English, numbers, symbols) detection.
Automated quality control
Real-time rejection: When non-conforming products are detected, the pneumatic rejection device (air blow / pusher) will be triggered within 0.1 seconds and categorized for collection (e.g., "missing code", "position offset", "data mismatch ").
Traceability management: Generate complete inspection log, record the coding content, inspection result and time stamp of each cap, support CSV/Excel export, compatible with MES/WMS system docking, realize the whole chain traceability from production to storage.
