Use image recognition technology to detect the integrity, position, clarity of characters and the scannability of QR codes.
It can identify defects such as missing characters, blur, and position offset.
When the visual inspection system identifies unqualified products, the control rejection device automatically removes the defective products from the production line.
Rejection methods include robotic arms, push rods or air blowers.
