Application
Food packaging: used for the production of food outer packaging cartons and paper bags to ensure the accuracy of product
information and packaging quality.

Visual positioning system:
Through high-precision cameras and image processing software, the image of the carton or paper bag is scanned in real time to
identify its position and direction. The system calculates the positioning coordinates so that the equipment can accurately locate the carton or paper bag.
Marking system:
According to the positioning information, the coding machine (such as inkjet printer, laser coding machine, etc.) prints the
predetermined content (such as production date, batch number, product identification, etc.) at the specified position of the
carton or paper bag.
Visual inspection function:
Image acquisition and processing: Use a high-resolution camera to capture images of cartons or paper bags, and cooperate with
image processing software to automatically identify key features such as product shape, size, and printing quality.
Defect detection: The system can automatically detect surface defects of cartons or paper bags, such as damage, wrinkles, unclear printing, etc., and detect the integrity and position accuracy of the packaging.
QR code/barcode recognition: Through the QR code or barcode recognition system, ensure that the information of each carton or
paper bag is accurate to avoid errors or quality problems caused by information confusion.
Rejection function:
During the production process, the rejection function is mainly used to deal with unqualified products or products with problems.
The equipment is equipped with high-precision detection sensors and action devices (such as pneumatic rejection devices or robotic
arms) to remove unqualified cartons or paper bags from the production line based on the results of visual inspection. The rejection operation can be carried out in real time to prevent unqualified products from entering the next production link or affecting the quality of the final product.
