The device is driven by a servo motor to achieve precise positioning. The equipment is made of stainless steel, in line with GMP requirements, suitable for food, medicine and other industries. FEATURES AT A GLANCE

High-speed and precise paging
Adopting vacuum adsorption, friction separation or mechanical dial technology, it can separate stacked cartons, plastic bags, cards and other items one by one, with a speed of 300-800 pieces per minute, suitable for different materials and thicknesses (0.1-3mm). Intelligent anti-jam design, automatic detection of abnormal paging and alarm to reduce downtime loss.

 

Multi-functional labeling system
Labeling method: support flat labeling (such as carton side, top surface), circumferential labeling (round bottle / can body), corner labeling (shaped packaging), etc., compatible with self-adhesive labels, paste labels, thermal transfer labels. Labeling accuracy: ±1mm (static) / ±2mm (dynamic), through the servo motor + visual positioning system to achieve precise control of the label position. Labeling content: synchronized printing of production date, batch number, barcode, 2D code (support real-time database call variable information).

Full-process quality inspection
Visual inspection module: real-time capture the labeling effect, detect whether the label is missed, skewed, wrinkled, content errors (such as missing date), detection accuracy ≥ 99.5%.
Automatic rejection device: linked with the inspection system, rejects substandard products within 0.5 seconds, and supports classification statistics of substandard types.

Flexible Production Adaptation
Modularized design: the paging unit, labeling head and conveyor rail can be quickly switched, compatible with a variety of specifications (e.g. box length 50-300mm, bottle diameter 20-100mm).
Friendly man-machine interface: touch screen operation, support multiple sets of parameter storage, one key to switch production tasks, reduce the difficulty of manual debugging.
