Have you seen this device before?  It is mainly used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. It can automatically complete the material paging, conveying, labeling, sorting and other work. To meet the packaging needs of the pharmaceutical industry for vials (injection bottles), it realizes laser coding on the top and side/bottom surfaces of the cap (e.g., batch number, date of manufacture, traceability code, 2D code, etc.), and carries out real-time correlation detection on the consistency and completeness of the coding data on the upper and lower surfaces by means of a vision system to ensure that the traceability information of the drugs is accurate and in line with the regulatory requirements of GMP, FDA and so on.

Dual-station laser coding
Top surface coding: using high-speed galvanometer laser machine, engraving fixed information (such as brand logo, batch number) on the top surface of the bottle cap, with an accuracy of ±0.1mm, and a speed of 300-600 pieces / minute.
Side/bottom coding: rotate the cap by rotating the tooling, use the fiber laser machine to engrave dynamic information (such as traceability code, expiration date) on the cylindrical surface or the bottom surface, support 360° seamless coding around the circumference, the height of the characters is adjustable from 0.8 to 2mm.

Data correlation detection system
Visual Acquisition:
Top surface: Fixed position camera captures top surface coding image in real time, recognizing character integrity and contrast (e.g. whether it is missed or blurred).
Side/bottom surface: Through the rotating station with the line array camera, the ring surface coding data is captured and spliced into a complete image.

Data Matching:
Based on deep learning algorithms, automatically correlate the coding contents on the upper and lower surfaces (such as the logical correspondence between the lot number on the top surface and the traceability code on the bottom surface), and detect whether there are problems such as wrong code, missing code, character offset, data mismatch, and so on.
Support docking with factory MES system, real-time uploading of coding data to the database, forming a traceability chain.
Automatic Rejection and Traceability
When non-conforming products are detected, they are rejected in real time by air blowing or robotic arm, and the type of non-conformity is labeled in the system (e.g., "leakage of code on the top surface", "error of 2D code on the bottom surface").
Historical data can be traced and queried to generate inspection reports (e.g. pass rate, defect distribution statistics) for quality control.
